Q1: If I want to put my own LOGO on, how many should I order?

A:LOGO can be print at any quantity, and if the total quantity can reach to $8000, we don't charge the printing fee!

Q2:What is the difference between round and square shape?

A:Square: with four shape edges, sqaure trimmer line cuts faster and more efficiently. The square-edged line works well if you have tall, thick and heavy patched of weeds. The downside to square line is it breaks off quicker whrn it contacts stones, fences, curbs and buildings. Square line also have a tendency to jam in the spool retainer if the line isn't replaced properly.
Round: Round trimmer line is smooth and will wear down less quickly. Most cutting occurs at the very tip of the line, so when round line contacts hard surfaces, like sidewalks er trees, it will break off less. The round line is also simpler to load into the spool retainer during line replacement, which may save time in the long run if you have a lo to trim.

Q3: What is your regular size of trimmer line? What if there is no one I wanted?

A:Oue regular size is ---1.3mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 2.7mm, 3.0mm, 3.3mm, 4.0mm,

Any size within in the circle, we can meet the your requirement diameter.

Q4: Can I ask for pointed color?

A: If we have the storage, it's OK. But if not, we suggest you can accept our storage color, coz it need longer time to make the color.

Q5: How long the products can be finished if I make an order?

A:Our production department will start arrange when we received the bank message, mostly it need about 3-12 days to produce and 2 days to packing.
